Why This Exists
You are great at coaching friends and family, but can you make it a profession?
People already come to you. They tell you things they do not tell anyone else. You are the one who asks the question nobody else thought to ask.
And still, when someone asks what you do, you freeze.
So the sessions stay free. The conversations go nowhere. Your bank account stays empty.
Then you go looking for one more course, book or certification, hoping to find the solution to your coaching “problem.”
You do not have a training problem. You have a client problem.
Coaching is not a profession. It is a skill set. And skill sets can be trained.
What It Is
This Is an Apprenticeship. You Practise on Real People From Week One.
Most coach trainings teach you to prepare. This one puts you in the chair.
Week one you start having real conversations with real people. Not roleplay. Not practice partners from the group. People already in your life who are stuck, who trust you, and who have never once heard you offer anything.
You learn to make that conversation so valuable that the person on the other end asks what it would take to keep going. That is how clients get created. Not by marketing. By serving somebody so completely they do not want to stop.
Then you bring what happened to the calls. Erin answers your real questions about your real people. And every four weeks you sit in the client chair yourself, because you cannot take anyone deeper than you have gone.
You will be working before you feel ready. That is the point.

One lesson a week for twelve weeks. Part one makes you a coach people want. Part two makes you a coach people pay. Every lesson gives you something to use before the next one drops.

Erin has been an entrepreneur since 2014, building a life and a body of work rooted in deep transformation. She is a medicine woman, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and a coach who has been guiding clients since 2019.
Coaching with Erin is not about talking in circles. It is about results. She helps people get to the root of what is actually holding them back, the subconscious beliefs running the show underneath their goals, so they can finally move forward instead of repeating the same pattern year after year.
She draws on parts work, inner child work, and somatic shadow work to get there, because real change does not happen at the surface level. It happens when someone finally sees the belief that has been driving the behaviour, and gets to choose something different.

Twenty-one professional MMA fights taught Ricky what happens to a person under pressure. Hundreds of Conscious Intimacy Games rooms across four countries taught him what to do about it.
The Coach Initiation Program is the method he built from both. It is not coaching theory written by someone who has never sat across from a person who is stuck and had to find the way through in real time.
Ricky created the curriculum and the tools. Erin runs the program and brings her own depth to it, the same way every Conscious Intimacy Games facilitator makes the work their own.
