Before You Join
The questions people ask.
Do I have to attend every call?
Not at all. We recommend two to three calls a month to stay connected and integrated, but you can join whenever it works for you. There is no falling behind.
What actually happens on the calls?
Each call is a live, guided experience of talk based Conscious Intimacy Games. Structured conversations and exercises that help you express yourself honestly, build connection, and regulate your nervous system in real time.
Is this sexual?
No. Conscious Intimacy Games are sensual, not sexual, and intimate, not romantic. Our live calls are strictly talk based. Optional touch based games happen at live events, and you decide how deeply you play.
Will I be put on the spot?
You will be invited into exercises but never forced. Everything is optional and consent based. You are always in control of how much you share.
What if I feel socially anxious or awkward?
Perfect. This space is designed to help you move through fear, build confidence, and feel safe being seen, even if that is uncomfortable at first. No experience needed.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a practice space, not therapy, and it does not replace clinical care. You learn relational skills through direct experience rather than by talking about them.
Who is this for?
People who already know the language of growth and are tired of only talking about it. You have read the books, done the work, maybe sat in therapy. You can name your patterns and they still run you. This is for the person who wants reps, not more theory. Coaches, facilitators, healers, artists and leaders, and anyone who would rather be real than perform. How is this different from other programs?
Most programs give you concepts. This gives you real time reps with real people, which is why the change actually sticks.
Do I have to use the app or AI coach?
No. Everything is optional. Some people just join the calls. Others go deeper with the app and AI tools. You choose your level of engagement.
How does cancellation work?
