Within five business days. Every answer, personally. We are reading for coachability, emotional maturity, integrity, and genuine commitment, not for the most polished writing.
You hear from us either way
If it is a fit, we send you a link to book a coaching conversation. If it is not, we tell you directly and explain why. You will not be left wondering.
We have a real conversation
Around an hour. Honest, direct, and free of pressure. We explore whether this is genuinely right for where you are. Full investment details are shared here, once we both understand the fit.
You decide, in your own time
No deadline pressure on the call. If you want to think, think. This is a six month commitment and it should be entered clearly.
