What Are Conscious Intimacy Games?
Conscious Intimacy Games are structured games and exercises that help you practice real connection in a room full of people doing the same thing. You will start with talk based games drawn from proven systems like Internal Family Systems, Radical Honesty, Authentic Relating, and Nonviolent Communication.
From there we move into touch based games designed to help you reach a deep state of relaxation and regulation, so you can feel safe being yourself even in your most triggering relationships.
Everything is invitation based. You choose your own level of participation at every step. It is safe enough to bring your mother to, and it can be spicy enough to bring your lover to.
How The Night Flows
1. You Arrive
You are welcomed in and settled. No experience needed. You do not have to know anyone, and you do not have to be good at anything.
2. Talk Based Games
We open with talk based games that help you feel safe and confident expressing your true self, building trust in the room one honest moment at a time.
3. Touch Based Games
We move into consent based touch games that help your nervous system settle. Always invitation based, always your choice, every step of the way.
Meet Your Facilitator
Jay Gerring
Jay Gerring spent decades in the tech industry before founding his own company and building a career as an online entrepreneur, then went on to mentor and teach thousands of people to do the same.
In 2020 a Wheel of Consent workshop changed his direction. He has been immersed in the Wheel work ever since, designing and facilitating workshops and supporting the Wheel community in Austin, Texas.
Jay joined Conscious Intimacy Games to keep doing what he cares about most: helping people build joyful, consentful relationships in every area of life.
