Before I created Conscious Intimacy Games, I was a pro MMA fighter.

On paper, I had it all — pay-per-view fights, world title shots, money, sponsors, a fitness model girlfriend. 

But inside, I felt empty. 

I was chasing wins in the cage the same way I chased love, validation, and dopamine — from women, weed, cocaine... anything that could give me that rush. 

But nothing worked.

I remember being down on my hands and knees in the shower, crying and praying for something to change. 

I tried everything:  Therapy. Somatics. Plant Medicines.  Coaching. Fasting, Detoxes... you name it.

 All of it helped — a little.

But the real shift happened when I realized this:

Since most of my trauma happened in relationship, then my healing is going to have to happen in relationship too. 

I can't do it alone. I'm not designed to do it alone. 

That’s how Conscious Intimacy Games were born.

Not as a workshop. Not as a method.

But as a space for us to heal, grow and reach our potential together.
